Welcome Home
Welcome to Barham Place, a community in rural Wake Forest, North Carolina, located 30 minutes north of Raleigh off of Highway 401& Barham Siding Road. This quiet, friendly neighborhood surrounded by farmland and forests consists of 70+ residential homes with some vacant lots still available. Each home sits on one acre or more of land.

Barham Place has a clubhouse and pool for its residents to enjoy. Safe streets for biking, running and walking wind through the community. An active homeowners association maintains this Web site and offers many activities to keep neighbors connected.

 

 

What's New?
Pool Keycards Must be Updated Now for Pool Use beginning May 25, 2012

The entry system to the Barham Place swimming pool had to be replaced this year and therefore, your pool keycard will not work unless you get it re-programmed. All lot owners who want to use the pool this summer must come to the pool clubhouse on one of the dates listed below to have your existing pool keycard updated. You will need to bring your existing pool keycard or you must purchase a new card for $25 each. Cash or checks will be accepted. All lot owners will need to review and sign the Barham Place Pool Rules which you can find under Links & Documents on the BarhamPlace.com website.

Pool Keycard Programming Days & Hours:
Friday, May 18, 5 pm - 8 pm
Sunday, May 20, noon-2 pm
Friday, May 25, 11:30-1:30 pm  and 5 - 7pm (this is the first day the pool will be open for the summer)

If you plan to use the pool during the 2012 Pool Season, please be sure to stop by the clubhouse during one of these times.

Annual Meeting Minutes and New Directors/Officers

The 2012 Barham Place Annual Meeting was held on April 26 at the clubhouse. Read the meeting minutes.  Elections were held that evening and votes were counted along with absentee ballots. Andrea Galko was elected as the new director. Jenny Goguen was asked to serve as an officer on the Board and she accepted. The Barham Place 2012-13 HOA Board is as follows:
